- No time constraints on batch to delivery as we mix fresh on site. This means we can travel further afield than drum mixers- ideal for any projects that are in rural places, e.g. wind farms, hydro schemes.
- Multiple mixes on one visit- concrete for a variety of jobs can be transported in one delivery slot.
- Flexibility-meaning slump and mix can be changed on site. As jobs can evolve and change without warning, we can adapt to suit your requirements.
Calibration & Training
Beatson’s Concrete provide many different concrete mixes and to ensure you receive the highest quality concrete, a strict calibration process is carried out on each of our trucks on a regular basis.
All our operatives have been fully trained and assessed on the volumetric mixers and their operations.
Volume
With 8 state-of-the-art volumetric mixers Beatson’s Concrete can deliver up to 250m³ per day (location dependant).
Out Of Hours
Out of hours concrete can be unnecessarily expensive. Many concrete suppliers may charge a fee for opening their batching plant, a fee for their lorries and any operative’s wages required for these operations.
Our volumetric mixers provide a cost effective solution to this problem. Only one operative and truck is needed to supply the concrete you require out of hours.
Beatson’s Concrete understand that out of hours work can be time sensitive, not all concrete may be required at once (e.g. road closure works and emergency repairs).
Our volumetric mixers are suited to these situations as we can provide concrete whenever it is needed and wait while the next concrete pour is required, with no risk of the concrete going off as it is mixed fresh on site.
